Criptala's rewards program. Trade more to pay less commission, earn points faster, and unlock perks as you climb the levels.
Criptala Club is the rewards program that pays you back for trading. The more you trade, the higher your level — and each level lowers your commission, earns you points faster, grows your birthday discount, and unlocks extra perks. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay: your profile joins the Club from your first operation and moves up on its own, based on how much you trade.

What Criptala Club is
Behind the scenes, your profile has a Category: it's what sets your commission and how fast you earn points. Criptala Club is simply the friendly name for that Category. Each level — Standard, Gold, Platinum, Black, and Diamond — is a Category, so climbing a level is really just upgrading your Category. Curious how it fits with the rest of your costs? The Club is your Category; your Tier is separate
Don't mix up your Club level (your Category, which drives your commission and points) with your Tier — the separate setting that caps how many orders and how much volume you can trade per day. They're two different things, managed independently.
The five levels
Each level requires a minimum annual trading volume and a minimum account age. In return, it lowers your buy and sell commission, speeds up your points, and grows your birthday discount.

The benefits in detail
Lower commissions
The platform commission is the fee Criptala charges on each order, and your Club level lowers it for both buying and selling: it starts at 3.50% / 2% at Standard and reaches 2.50% / 1% at Diamond. Points and the Criptala Market
Every order earns you points, at a rate that improves with your level: from 1 point per USD 100 traded at Standard up to 1 point per USD 60 at Diamond. You can see your profile's exact rate in the Category dialog on your profile, and the points each order earned on its detail sheet.
Points are redeemed in the Criptala Market, Criptala's catalog of products and perks (for example, hardware wallets, vouchers, and courses): customers.criptala.io/criptala-market.
Birthday discount
Once a year, during your birthday month, Criptala automatically generates a single-use birthday coupon for you. Your Club level sets how large that discount is: from 20% at Standard up to 70% at Diamond. The coupon works for both buying and selling and expires at the end of the month.

Beyond the commission, points, and birthday improvements, levels add perks that aren't measured in money — and they unlock progressively as you climb:

How you move up
Your category is assigned automatically based on your activity: Criptala reviews your annual trading volume and your account age and places you in the matching level. There's no button in the app to level yourself up — just like your limit Tier, this is managed by Criptala. Simply keep trading and your level follows.
An agreement can also change your category
Alongside activity-based progress, redeeming an agreement code reassigns your Category to the agreement's — usually with a preferential commission. See Profiles for how to activate one.
