Pay less on your orders and pick up extra perks with discount coupons, prepaid tickets, bonds, and referrals.
There are a few ways to pay less on your orders — or even earn a credit: discount coupons, prepaid tickets, bonds, and referrals. You apply all four right inside the checkout wizard while you're buying or selling crypto, and each one shows up as its own line in your order's cost summary. Want the full picture? Discount coupons
A one-time percentage off the platform commission — just add a code.
Prepaid tickets
A prepaid code that covers a purchase and locks in its amount.

A single-use credit in USD you put toward an order.

Share your code with friends and earn a bond when they finish their first order.
Discount coupons
A discount coupon takes a percentage discount off — but only off the platform commission, never off payment or collection method fees. If the coupon comes with a maximum-discount cap, that's as far as the discount can go. You'll get coupon codes from Criptala (through promotions or support), and some — like the automatic birthday coupon below — simply land in your account without you asking.
Open the dialog. In checkout, select Apply discount coupon. This opens the Discount coupon dialog: "Enter the code to obtain the discount. Each discount coupon is valid only once."
Enter the code. Fill the Code field (required) and select Obtain discount.
Confirm it applied. The dialog now shows a card reading "You activated the coupon" followed by your code in bold, and the trigger button changes to Remove discount coupon. The discount appears as its own line in your summary.
Remove it if needed. Reopen the dialog and select Remove to detach the coupon — for example, to try a different code.
Why a coupon might not work

Why the different wording? A disabled coupon — or one that doesn't cover what you're doing right now — trips at an earlier check than the others. The code simply isn't found as a usable match, so you see the same message you'd get for a code that doesn't exist at all.
Automatic birthday coupon
Once a year, during your birthday month, Criptala automatically creates a
single-use coupon just for you (its code starts with CUMPLE-), good for
both buying and selling, and it expires at the end of that month. You'll
get a heads-up with the subject "Happy birthday! Your :name discount coupon"
and the message "To celebrate your birthday, we have generated a special
discount coupon for your profile :name." followed by "Use the following code
in your next order to receive a commission discount of :discount before
:date." and the code itself. How big that discount is depends on your
Criptala Club level — anywhere from
20% up to 70%.
Prepaid tickets
A prepaid ticket is a code you receive after paying for it at an outside collection point (Redpagos, for example). Activate it in checkout and it pays for your purchase directly. It's a buying-only perk, though — there's no prepaid-ticket flow for selling.
Activating a ticket freezes your payment
Once a ticket is active, its amount and currency replace whatever you'd entered as the payment amount, and its payment method replaces the one you picked. The amount field locks — you can't change it while a ticket is active.
Open the dialog. Next to "You pay," select Activate prepaid ticket. This opens the Prepaid ticket dialog: "Enter the code you received when purchasing the ticket to activate it."
Enter the code and select Activate prepaid ticket to confirm.
Confirm it applied. The dialog shows a confirmation card with your ticket code, and the trigger button changes to Remove prepaid ticket. Your payment amount and method are now fixed to the ticket's values.
Remove it if needed. Select Remove to detach the ticket — this also clears the payment method that was auto-selected for it, so you'll need to choose a payment method again.
If prepaid tickets aren't available to you
The Activate prepaid ticket button is switched off entirely when prepaid tickets aren't enabled for your profile type. If a ticket code turns out to be invalid, already used, or locked by another checkout, you'll see "Prepaid ticket is not available." And if the feature itself is turned off, the message is "Prepaid tickets are not currently available."
A used ticket doesn't come back if you cancel
Unlike a bond (see Bonds below), a prepaid ticket only counts as "used up" once the order it paid for is completed — cancelling the order does not free it back up for reuse.
Bonds
A bond is a single-use credit in USD that you can put toward an order. Any bonds you have show up on their own in checkout — there's no code to redeem.
Open the dialog. When you have at least one bond, checkout shows You have bonds available. Select it to open the Bonds dialog: "Click on the bonds you want to use."
Pick a bond. Each available bond is listed as a checkbox labeled with its amount (for example, "U$S 5"). Selecting one applies it immediately — only one bond at a time can be applied to an order; picking another replaces the previous selection rather than stacking with it.
Confirm it applied. The applied bond appears as its own Bonds line in your cost summary, added to the amount you receive (or subtracted from what you pay, depending on the side of the trade it's credited to).
A bond is locked as soon as your order is created
Applying a bond uses it up right away — from the moment your order is created (while it's Pending or Active), the bond stays locked, and it stays that way while the order is Completed or Failed too. It's only freed up again if that specific order becomes Cancelled; only then can you use it on a future order.
If a bond you picked stops being available partway through checkout (say, someone else applied it first, or it's since been used elsewhere), you'll see: "Bond is not available."
Bonds aren't just for buying and selling — you can apply that same single-use credit when subscribing to an investment too.
How you earn a bond
The most common way to earn a bond is through referrals: as the referrer, you get a bond the moment the friend you referred completes their first-ever completed order — nothing else to claim, it's yours. When that happens you'll get a note with the subject "You received a :amount bond for :name" and the message "We credited a :amount bond to your profile :profile." followed by "You can apply it to your next purchase, sale or investment subscription by selecting it at the checkout. The bond is single-use."
Referrals
Invite your friends with your own referral code, and earn a bond once they complete their first order.
Open "Refer and win." From the sidebar, select the green Refer and win button. The dialog title reads "Win USDT 5 with Criptala!" with the description "Invite your friends to Criptala and earn 5 USDT when they make their first transaction. Share this link with them to start earning. Don't miss out!"
Share your code or link. The dialog shows your code under Your referral code is (with a copy icon) and a ready-to-share URL under Share this link with your friends (also copyable). Both fields are read-only.
Your friend signs up. When they create their profile, they can expand "Do you have a referral code?" and enter your code in the Referral code field — see Profiles for the full profile-creation flow. A valid code makes you their referrer and might hand them a one-time welcome bond too, depending on the current settings. A code that belongs to one of their own profiles gets rejected with "The referral code is invalid." — you can't refer yourself.
They complete their first order. The instant your friend's first-ever order is completed, a bond lands in your account (see Bonds above) — this is the "Win USDT 5" reward in practice; the amount credited is whatever Criptala currently has configured.
The shared link only pre-fills the code for an hour
When your friend opens your referral link, their browser saves your code so the Referral code field on the signup form fills in on its own. That only lasts 60 minutes, though — if they sign up after that, they'll need to type your code in by hand.
Track your referrals
Open the Referrals page to see everyone you've referred:
