Rewards
Save on your operations and earn benefits with coupons, prepaid tickets, bonds, and referrals.
Criptala gives you several ways to save on — or earn from — your operations: discount coupons, prepaid tickets, bonds, and referrals. Most of these are applied during checkout when you're buying or selling crypto, and they show up in your order's cost summary alongside any fees.
Discount coupons
A percentage discount on a single order, applied with a code.
Prepaid tickets
A pre-funded code that pays for a purchase.
Bonds
A credit you can apply to an order.
Referrals
Invite friends with your code and earn rewards.
Discount coupons
A discount coupon gives you a percentage discount on a single order. You receive coupon codes from Criptala — through promotions or support — and some, like birthday coupons, may be granted to you automatically.
In checkout, select Apply discount coupon. This opens the Discount coupon dialog: "Enter the code to obtain the discount. Each discount coupon is valid only once."
Enter your Code and choose Obtain discount.
When it's applied you'll see "You activated the coupon", and the discount appears in your cost summary. You can Remove it if you change your mind.
When a coupon can't be used
A coupon can expire, be limited to certain operations or countries, and is usable only once. If it can't be applied you'll see "Discount coupon is not available." — double-check the code, or that the coupon fits your current operation.
Prepaid tickets
A prepaid ticket — for example, one you bought at Redpagos — is a pre-funded code that pays for your purchase. When you use a ticket, it replaces the payment method entirely. Prepaid tickets apply to purchases only.
In a purchase, select Activate prepaid ticket. This opens the Prepaid ticket dialog: "Enter the code you received when purchasing the ticket to activate it."
Enter the code. Once activated you'll see "You activated the prepaid ticket".
The ticket fixes the amount — its value is the payment — so the payment-method step is skipped.
No tickets available?
If there are no prepaid tickets to use right now, you'll see "Prepaid tickets are not currently available."
Bonds
A bond is a credit applied to an order. You may receive one in a few ways — for example, as a referrer when someone you referred completes their first order, or as a sign-up benefit.
When you have bonds, checkout shows You have bonds available. Select it to open the Bonds dialog: "Click on the bonds you want to use." Pick the bonds you want to apply and they appear as a Bonds credit line in your summary.
Cancelling an order returns the bond
If you cancel an order where you applied a bond, the bond is returned to you so you can use it again later.
Referrals
Invite your friends with your referral code and you can earn rewards.
- Open the Refer and win dialog from the footer. It shows "Win USDT 5 with Criptala!", your referral code (under Your referral code is), and a shareable link you can send.
- New users can enter a referral code when they create their profile.
- Track everything on the Referrals page — it lists the people you referred, their status, and your benefit.
