Selling crypto
Send crypto and receive money in your bank account, step by step.
Selling on Criptala means you send crypto and receive money (fiat) in your bank account. Like buying, the whole sale runs through a guided, step-by-step wizard with a live rate and a clear summary before you confirm.
Before you can sell
You need to be signed in, have a profile, and be Verified. If you haven't finished verification yet, verify your identity first — checkout stays locked until then.
Start a sale
From your orders home or the sidebar, select Sell. You can also reach the same wizard by starting a new operation and choosing Sale on the first step.
The sale wizard
Use Next to advance and Previous to go back; on the second step the left button becomes Cancel. Each step header shows "Step N".
Select operation. Under Operation, choose Sale.
Enter amount and currencies. First pick the country where you want to receive the payment — "Select the country in which you want to receive the payment." — which controls the available fiat currencies. Under You pay, choose the crypto and amount you're selling. Under You receive, choose the fiat currency (filtered by country). Watch the Rate and Costs in the summary; you can also apply a discount coupon or bonds here (no prepaid ticket on sales). See rewards for details.
Choose your collection method. On "Complete your sale" — "Select the collection method you want to use." — with Bank transfer you pick a saved bank account. You can also Add a new account inline. More on managing these in accounts and beneficiaries.
Review and create. Check "The summary of your order" and confirm — see Confirming your order below.
The rate and your costs
A live Rate shows as 1 <crypto> = X <fiat> with a roughly 10-second
countdown that refreshes the quote; it pauses while you're typing. The rate is
locked when you create the order and isn't recalculated afterward.
The summary panel breaks down Rate, Costs, and, if you use them, Bonds. Hover the Costs tooltip for the full explanation:
Costs are calculated based on the amount you are operating, the fees applied by the platform and the fees applied by the payment and/or collection methods. A more detailed explanation will be provided upon creating the order.
Amount hints (Minimum amount and Maximum amount) appear next to the amount field. For a full breakdown of fees and limits, see fees and limits.
Confirming your order
The final step is "The summary of your order" — "Check your order details before continuing." It lists what You pay and what You receive, plus each cost line.
Confirm with the green Create button.
A disclaimer dialog appears — read it and confirm with I agree.
You'll see "We are creating your order" while it's being created.
Sending your crypto
After creating a sale, you send the crypto to complete the order. The order shows a QR code, the deposit Address to send to, and the exact amount. Once you've sent it, you attach your receipt. Full details are in orders.
