Buying crypto
Pay with money and receive crypto in your wallet, step by step.
Buying on Criptala means you pay money (fiat) and receive crypto at the wallet address you choose. The whole purchase runs through a guided, step-by-step wizard with a live rate and a clear summary before you confirm.
Before you can buy
You need to be signed in, have a profile, and be Verified. If you haven't finished verification yet, verify your identity first — checkout stays locked until then.
Start a purchase
From your orders home or the sidebar, select Buy. You can also reach the same wizard by starting a new operation and choosing Purchase on the first step.
The purchase wizard
The wizard moves through a few steps. Use Next to advance and Previous to go back; on the second step the left button becomes Cancel. Each step header shows "Step N".
Select operation. Under Operation, choose Purchase — the helper reads "Select the operation you want to perform."
Enter amount and currencies. Under You pay, pick the fiat currency (defaults to USD) and type the amount you want to spend. Under You receive, pick the crypto you want (defaults to USDT); each option shows its network. Watch the Rate and Costs in the summary panel. You can also apply a discount coupon, a prepaid ticket, or bonds here — see rewards for details.
Choose the destination wallet. On "Enter the collection wallet", paste the Address where you want to receive the crypto, or pick a saved wallet. New addresses are saved to your profile for next time. More on managing addresses in wallets.
Pick a payment method. On "Complete your purchase" — "Select the payment method you want to use." — choose how you'll pay, such as Bank transfer or another available method. If you applied a prepaid ticket, this step is skipped because the ticket is your payment.
Review and create. Check "The summary of your order" and confirm — see Confirming your order below.
Criptala is not responsible for incorrect data
Double-check the destination Address before continuing. As the in-app note says, "Criptala is not responsible for the incorrect entry of data when creating the order."
The rate and your costs
A live Rate shows as 1 <crypto> = X <fiat> with a roughly 10-second
countdown that refreshes the quote; it pauses while you're typing. The rate is
locked when you create the order and isn't recalculated afterward.
The summary panel breaks down Rate, Costs, and, if you use them, Bonds. Hover the Costs tooltip for the full explanation:
Costs are calculated based on the amount you are operating, the fees applied by the platform and the fees applied by the payment and/or collection methods. A more detailed explanation will be provided upon creating the order.
Amount hints (Minimum amount and Maximum amount) appear next to the amount field. For a full breakdown of fees and limits, see fees and limits.
Confirming your order
The final step is "The summary of your order" — "Check your order details before continuing." It lists what You pay and what You receive, plus each cost line.
Confirm with the green Create button.
A disclaimer dialog appears — read it and confirm with I agree.
You'll see "We are creating your order" while it's being created.
Once created, you complete payment and track the status in your orders.
Avoid fraud
You must be the owner of the account used to pay. Bank transfers depend on your bank's hours, so they can take time to clear. Never accept money from third parties to buy crypto on your behalf. Learn more about staying safe in security.
Buying to several wallets (business profiles)
Business profiles can buy USDT split across several saved wallets in one order. Add multiple amount-and-wallet rows, and the total can't exceed your remaining daily allowance.
